Ingredientes

  • 3 doz Large eggs
  • 2 can Mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 c. Mushrooms
  • 2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Sherry
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced bell pepper Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Using 2 large skillets, scramble Large eggs till set. Transfer to a 3-qt casserole. Add in other ingredients & mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
  2. May be done the day before, covered & refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before baking.
