Ingredientes
- 3 doz Large eggs
- 2 can Mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 c. Mushrooms
- 2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Sherry
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. Finely minced bell pepper Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Using 2 large skillets, scramble Large eggs till set. Transfer to a 3-qt casserole. Add in other ingredients & mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- May be done the day before, covered & refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before baking.
