  • 16 ounce CRUSHED TOMATOES
  • 1/2 c. WATER
  • 1 1/2 tsp Minced THYME
  • 1 1/2 tsp BASIL
  • 1/4 tsp SALT
  • 1/4 tsp SUGAR
  • 4 x LARGE Large eggs

  1. HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. Add in GARLIC AND STIR 3 TO 4 Min, Till GARLIC IS TENDER AND Golden brown. Throw away GARLIC. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR Large eggs. BRING GENTLY TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 7 Min. STIR OCCASIONALLY. BREAK Large eggs ONE AT A TIME INTO A C. AND GENTLY SLIDE THEM INTO THE SAUCE. COVER AND SIMMER FOR 5 TO 6 Min Or possibly Till Large eggs ARE SET. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
