Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 4 slc Canadian bacon
  • 2 slc Swiss cheese (thin slices) cut into 2 pcs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper

Direcciones

  1. Lay bacon in a pie dish. Place slices of Swiss cheese over bacon. Break Large eggs on top of cheese. Add in salt and pepper. Cover with lowfat sour cream. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, or possibly till whites are well set. Serve warm in dish.
  2. Suggested Wine: A chilled dry white wine: Bordeaux Graves; etc.
