Ingredientes

  • 12 x hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 1 x garlic clove
  • 2 x warm peppers
  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Have 1 qt jar sterilized with sealable lid. Peel and cold Large eggs. Peel and chop garlic. Combine salt and vinegar; bring to rapid boil.
  2. While waiting, place garlic and pepper in bottom of jar. Add in Large eggs; pour boiling vinegar into filled jar and seal. Wait 3 days and it's ready to serve.
  3. This recipe yields 1 dozen Large eggs.
