- Have 1 qt jar sterilized with sealable lid. Peel and cold Large eggs. Peel and chop garlic. Combine salt and vinegar; bring to rapid boil.
- While waiting, place garlic and pepper in bottom of jar. Add in Large eggs; pour boiling vinegar into filled jar and seal. Wait 3 days and it's ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 1 dozen Large eggs.
