Ingredientes

  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Cream
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt Pepper Parsley Tomatoes Cucumbers

Direcciones

  1. Boil the Large eggs for 8 min, then refrigerateand peel. Mash the yolk of one egg and mix well with the cream, oil, mustard, paprika, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Dice the other Large eggs and mix with the sauce. Garnish with tomato and cucumber slices.
