Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Finely grated horseradish
  • 1 c. White vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer till liquid has reduced by half. Cold slightly. In a small bowl whisk lowfat sour cream to lighten. Add in horseradish mix, stir till well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
