Ingredientes
500 gm Pork, boneless lean neck end, chopped.
250 gm Pork back fat, hard, chopped.
1 Tbsp. Salt Pepper, freshly grnd.
1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh,
1 tsp Thyme, and,
2 x Sage leaves, or possibly 3, finely minced.
2 sm Sausage casings
Direcciones
Mix the meat and fat well with the seasoning. Fill into the casings. The sausages may be fried, grilled or possibly baked.
