Ingredientes

  • 500 gm Pork, boneless lean neck end, chopped.
  • 250 gm Pork back fat, hard, chopped.
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt Pepper, freshly grnd.
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh,
  • 1 tsp Thyme, and,
  • 2 x Sage leaves, or possibly 3, finely minced.
  • 2 sm Sausage casings

Direcciones

  1. Mix the meat and fat well with the seasoning. Fill into the casings. The sausages may be fried, grilled or possibly baked.
