- Mix the flour and water together in a bowl; let stand overnight. Pour off any water which has risen to the top.
- Combine flour mix, baking pwdr and pancake fold in blender container; blend on high till smooth, adding more water if necessary to make a thin pancake batter.
- Heat a 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in 1/4 c. of the batter; immediately tilt the skillet to create a thin pancake. Cover; cook till bubbles break, about 1 minute. Transfer to platter. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the pancakes. -
