Ingredientes

  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. mixed dry fruit see Notes
  • 3/4 c. walnuts minced
  • 3 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Mix 1/4 c of this mix with the minced dry
  2. fruits and nuts. Set aside. Stir together Large eggs, honey, vanilla, and orangejuice concentrate. Add in dry ingredients. Mix well. Mix in fruits and nuts.
  3. Spoon mix into 2 3x6-inch or possibly 1 4x8-inch loaf pan(s), well greased and bottoms lined with waxed paper. Bake at 325F for 1 hour or possibly till well-browned.
  4. Cold on rack 10 min, then turn out loaves and remove waxed paper.
