Receta Excellent Corn Bread

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Whole wheat flour 3/4 c. White flour 3/4 c. Polenta (or possibly regular corn meal. In Israel "polenta" just means extra finely grnd corn meal that is sold for preparing a corn breakfast warm cereal) 4 Tbsp. Sugar ( I cut this to 2 Tablespoons) 5 tsp Baking pwdr

1/2 tsp Salt 1/3 c. Plus 2 Tbsp. Baby food apple sauce (I just use regular applesauce) 1/2 c. Low fat soy lowfat milk (I use rice lowfat milk) 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add in wet to dry and stir well.
2. Bake at 375 in a glass 9" round quiche pan or possibly a 8x11 pyrex, for about 30 min, or possibly till top starts to look golden.
