- Make up the Puff Pastry Mix as directed on the packet Roll out on icing sugar instead of flour.
- Roll into a 27cm X 17cm rectangleRest in a cold place for 1 hourBake at 220C/425F/Gas 7 for 10 15 min Turn pastry sheet over and bake for a further 5 min cold Cut into 3 equal piecesMake up Cheesecake filling as directed on the packet Mix in the cream
- Layer the cheesecake mix and fruits in between the pastry slices
- Dust the top layer of pastry with icing sugar Cut into 10 slicesServe on a trio of fruit coulis
