Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Bulk sausage
  • 2 med Sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 med Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 lrg Sweet onions, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375i.
  2. Brown sausage, breaking up any large pcs. Drain off fat.
  3. In a 2 qt casserole dish, layer sweet potato slices, onion slices, apple slices and crumbled sausage.
  4. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and water. Stir to mix well. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake for about 1 hour, or possibly till sweet potatoes and apples are tender.
