Receta Fancy Burekas stuffed with mushrooms
I grew up eating borekas with so many different stuffings.
But the Mushrooms are by far my favorite.
I decided to give it a little twist by making the puff pastry fancy look.
If you are planning a summer party or just because.... These are a great starters....

- in a medium skillet add 2 tblspn olive oil
- Add shallot cook on medium heat for five mins ;
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 mins
- Add last tablespoon of oil and all spices and cook for another min
- Add mixed cornstarch and cook for 2 mins
- Remove from heat and let it cool
- In the mean time preheat over to 375F
- Cut rectangular to 5x4 inches and the thickness should be about 1/8 inch
- With a sharp thin knife cut in diagonal lines starting from one corner of the square to the other end. Repeat with the rest of the squares
- make sure not to cut all the down just enough to create grooves .
- Flip the square to the other side spoon in 1 1/2 tailspin in the center of each square fold into half to meet the other end press lightly to seal the edges. Brush with egg and bake for 25-35 mins until nice golden brown
- Serve with humus and mix green salad.
