Receta Fantastic Falafel from Scratch for Meatless Monday
Ingredientes
- 1 cup dried chickpeas or 1 15-16 oz can of chickpeas, drained
- 5 scallions or 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
- 4 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed (if they're huge, just use 2 or 3 cloves)
- 1 Tbsp dried cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4-6 Tbsps flour (or more, if needed)
- A lot of grapeseed or peanut oil for frying
