Ingredientes

  • 1 cup dried chickpeas or 1 15-16 oz can of chickpeas, drained
  • 5 scallions or 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 4 Tbsps chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed (if they're huge, just use 2 or 3 cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp dried cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4-6 Tbsps flour (or more, if needed)
  • A lot of grapeseed or peanut oil for frying
