  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. BUTTER
  • 1 c. DICED, COOKED HAM

  1. IN A 1 1/2 Qt CASSEROLE DISH, MICROWAVE COOK ONION AND 2 TB. BUTTER, UNCOVERED FOR 1 MINUTE. Add in POTATOES. COOK, COVERED FOR 4 TO 6 Min.
  2. BEAT TOGETHER Large eggs, Lowfat milk, AND 1/4 TSP PEPPER. STIR IN HAM. POUR OVER POTATOES. COOK ON HIGH FOR 4 TO 5 Min. PUSH COOKED PORTION TO CENTER AFTER 1 1/2 Min, THEN EVERY 30 SECONDS AFTER. LET STAND 1 MINUTE AFTER COOKING TO LET EGG SET COMPLETELY.
