1 c. Nonfat lowfat milk or possibly soy or possibly rice lowfat milk
1 can (16- or possibly 17-ounce) creamed corn
1/4 c. Minced onion
2 Tbsp. Minced red pepper or possibly pimento, more or possibly less
1 can (small) ortega chilies
1 tsp Minced jalapeno chilies (as much or possibly as little as you dare)
