Ingredientes
2 Tbsp. fermented anchovy sauce or possibly paste
1/2 c. water
2 tsp vinegar
2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
1/4 stalk lemongrass finely minced
1 x red chili finely minced
1 x garlic clove crushed
1 tsp sugar
1 pch freshly-grnd white pepper
Direcciones
Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
