- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
- 1/4 stalk lemongrass finely minced
- 1 x red chili finely minced
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pch freshly-grnd white pepper
