Receta Festive Frozen Yogurt Dessert

- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Yogurt: Spread frozen yogurt over the crust and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Filling: Bear cream cheese, chocolate chips, butter and evaporated milk.
- Spread over the frozen yogurt layer.
- Freeze for additional 30 minutes.
- Topping: Spread cool whip over the filling layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate candy wafers over the topping layer.
- Decorate.
