Ingredientes

- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 med onions -- minced
- 16 x vegetarian burgers, defrosted -- crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. each: sage and rosemary -- freshly minced
- 4 lrg organic Large eggs -- beaten
- 6 Tbsp. soy cream
- 4 Tbsp. tamari or possibly soy sauce
Direcciones
- In a large frying pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry the onions till soft. Add in the crumbled burgers and brown them with the onions, taking care which they don't stick to the pan. Add in the herbs and fry for a further 2 min before removing the pan from the heat.
- Place the mix in a bowl and add in the beaten Large eggs, soy cream, and tamari or possibly soy sauce. Mix well, then press it into a well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 40-45 min till it has set in the center.
- Leave the loaf in the pan to cold, and turn it carefully out after 15 min. Serve hot.
