Fettuccine Al Funghi

Ingredientes

  • 500 gm mushrooms
  • 1 x 375 gram pkt fettuccine, (tagliatelli)
  • 50 gm butter
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lrg fresh chilli or possibly 1 tsp chilli paste
  • 2 Tbsp. italian parsley, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Add in pasta to a pot of boiling water with salt and a little oil to avoid the pasta sticking. Cook until al dente.
  2. Place oil and butter in a pan. Once the butter is melted add in the mushrooms and allow them to saute/fry over a medium heat for about 2 min. Remove from the pan.
  3. To the pan, add in minced chilli, nutmeg, cream, parmesan and pepper.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and toss it into the sauce, add in to the pan, the cooked mushrooms and parsley and mix well.
  5. Place in a hot bowl and serve. You can add in more nutmeg and cheese to taste if you wish.
