2 1/2 c. Fruit and Fiber cereal or possibly other fiber cereal
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Lowfat milk
1 x Egg
1/3 c. Oil

Mix flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt, cereal and cinnamon. Add in lowfat milk, egg, and oil. Bake in muffin papers. Nine muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
