- 1 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr Salt
- 2 1/2 c. Fruit and Fiber cereal or possibly other fiber cereal
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Oil
Direcciones
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt, cereal and cinnamon. Add in lowfat milk, egg, and oil. Bake in muffin papers. Nine muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
