Ingredientes

  • 8 c. Tomatoes, peeled, minced
  • 1 c. Warm chili peppers, roasted, minced
  • 3/4 c. Red bell pepper, roasted, minced
  • 3 c. Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1 can Tomato paste, 8 ounce
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Canning salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, freshly grnd

Direcciones

  1. Cook ingredients in large pot over medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, stir occasionally. When thick sufficient for you [it will thicken as it cools] put in pint jars. Process in boiling water bath 15 min.
