dip.) Cover with plastic wrap and chill till hard, about 1 hour.Spread salsa across cream cheese mix. Layer minced tomatoes (with

pulp removed to keep it from getting watery), minced scallions, lettuce,

olives and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
