Receta Fiesta Taco Dip

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 head lettuce, minced
- 2-3 tomatoes, minced
- 1 bunch scallions, minced
- 1 jar sliced olives (green)
- 1 jar salsa (any hotness you prefer)
- 1 block cheddar cheese, shredded
- With mixer, cream the cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and cumin. Spread across
- the bottom of a 13"x9" pan. (A smaller pan can be used to get a thicker
- dip.) Cover with plastic wrap and chill till hard, about 1 hour.Spread salsa across cream cheese mix. Layer minced tomatoes (with
- pulp removed to keep it from getting watery), minced scallions, lettuce,
- olives and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
