Ingredientes

  • 4 x Filet mignon steaks, (8 ounces each) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. New Mexicostyle BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Pasilla chile pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Minced cilantro

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 min on each side for medium rare.
