Receta Filet Mignon With Pasilla Chile Bbq Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 x Filet mignon steaks, (8 ounces each) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. New Mexicostyle BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Pasilla chile pwdr
- 1/4 c. Minced cilantro
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 min on each side for medium rare.
