Ingredientes

  • 8 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 quart Fresh lowfat milk
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 lb Butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat 1/4 pound butter in pan 12" x 16". Mix lightly with beater - lowfat milk and Large eggs; then add in sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter.
  2. Bake in 450 oven for 20-23 min. Cut recipe in half for 9" x 13" pan.
  3. Cut recipe in forths for 8" x 8" pan. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or possibly butter.
