- Heat 1/4 pound butter in pan 12" x 16". Mix lightly with beater - lowfat milk and Large eggs; then add in sugar, salt and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter.
- Bake in 450 oven for 20-23 min. Cut recipe in half for 9" x 13" pan.
- Cut recipe in forths for 8" x 8" pan. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or possibly butter.
