Ingredientes

  • Scallops Fresh thyme Fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (5 millilitres)
  • 1 c. butter (250 millilitres)
  • 4 sm onions, finely minced
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (2.5 millilitres)

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine softened butter, thyme, basil, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, pepper and cayenne.
  2. Layer 2 large pcs of tin foil. Drain scallops and place on top of the tin foil. Scoop mix onto the scallops. Fold and seal the tin foil around the scallops.
  3. Place in firepit directly on warm coals for 10 to 15 min.
