Ingredientes
1 can Jack mackerel, liquid removed or possibly 4-6 pcs fresh fish, cooked and boned
1 x egg
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp mustard Pepper to taste
2 x mashed potatoes
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients together well. Form into patties and fry. (Salt is not required for canned fish. If fresh fish is used, add in salt to taste.)
