Fish Kebabs With Honey And Curry Glaze

Ingredientes

  • 1 kg fish fillets
  • 1 x red capsicum
  • 1 x green capsicum
  • 2 x onions, medium
  • 2 slc bacon
  • 60 gm butter
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Curry glaze:Heat all ingredients together till butter is melted. Mix well.
  2. Peel onion and quarter. Separate pcs.
  3. Cut capsicum and bacon into 2 cm squares.
  4. Cut fish into 2cm cubes.
  5. Skewer seafood, bacon and vegetables alternately onto wooden or possibly metal skewers. Place on an oven tray and brush with glaze. Grill under high heat for 2-3 min on each side, brushing liberally with glaze during cooking.
  6. Alternately, cook in a warm oven.
  7. Serve on a bed of saffron rice and pour remaining glaze over.
