Receta Fish Kebabs With Honey And Curry Glaze

Ingredientes
- 1 kg fish fillets
- 1 x red capsicum
- 1 x green capsicum
- 2 x onions, medium
- 2 slc bacon
- 60 gm butter
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 tsp curry pwdr
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Curry glaze:Heat all ingredients together till butter is melted. Mix well.
- Peel onion and quarter. Separate pcs.
- Cut capsicum and bacon into 2 cm squares.
- Cut fish into 2cm cubes.
- Skewer seafood, bacon and vegetables alternately onto wooden or possibly metal skewers. Place on an oven tray and brush with glaze. Grill under high heat for 2-3 min on each side, brushing liberally with glaze during cooking.
- Alternately, cook in a warm oven.
- Serve on a bed of saffron rice and pour remaining glaze over.
