Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Canned Alaska salmon, pink or possibly red
  • 1 c. Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. Cream cheese
  • 8 slc Bread, cut into 8 fish shapes Cucumber slices for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish. Set aside.
  2. Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.
  3. Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.
  4. Top with a layer of salmon flakes.
  5. Add in second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as scales.
