Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Canned Alaska salmon, pink or possibly red
- 1 c. Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/4 c. Cream cheese
- 8 slc Bread, cut into 8 fish shapes Cucumber slices for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish. Set aside.
- 2. Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.
- 3. Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.
- 4. Top with a layer of salmon flakes.
- 5. Add in second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as scales.
