Receta Fisherman's Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 can low-salt chicken broth - (14 ounce ea)
- 1 can Del Monte whole kernel corn - (15 1/4 ounce) no salt added, undrained
- 1 can Del Monte whole new potatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) liquid removed, minced
- 1/2 lb cooked halibut from Snappy Halibut (see recipe) (or possibly cooked fresh)
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in warm oil over medium heat till onion is tender. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute. Stir in broth; cook till thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn and potatoes.
- Throw away skin and bones from fish; cut fish into bite-size pcs.
- Just before serving, add in fish to soup; heat through. Stir in minced parsley or possibly sliced green onions, if you like.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
