Ingredientes

  • 4 x whiting fillets
  • 8 x scallops
  • 8 x prawns, raw
  • 8 x calamari rings, crumbed
  • 2 x lemon
  • 1 kg French fries
  • 1 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. flour, plain
  • 1/10 tsp salt
  • 2 c. breadcrumbs

Direcciones

  1. Combine egg and lowfat milk.
  2. Lightly dust seafood with seasoned flour, dip in egg and lowfat milk, coat in breadcrumbs.
  3. Ssubmerge seafood in warm oil. Fry till golden brown, 2-3 min depending on size.
  4. Serve with fries, tartare sauce and lemon wedges.
