Ingredientes
- 4 x whiting fillets
- 8 x scallops
- 8 x prawns, raw
- 8 x calamari rings, crumbed
- 2 x lemon
- 1 kg French fries
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour, plain
- 1/10 tsp salt
- 2 c. breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- Combine egg and lowfat milk.
- Lightly dust seafood with seasoned flour, dip in egg and lowfat milk, coat in breadcrumbs.
- Ssubmerge seafood in warm oil. Fry till golden brown, 2-3 min depending on size.
- Serve with fries, tartare sauce and lemon wedges.
