Ingredientes

  • 4 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 (13 ounce) jar of marshmallow cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 c. nuts

Direcciones

  1. Put together sugar, butter and lowfat milk into a heavy saucepan and cook in a rolling boil for 8 min. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, chocolate squares and chocolate chips. Add in nuts. Stir vigorously and turn out onto a 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Allow to cool and then cut. This makes 5 lb of fudge.
