Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 350 gm Lean rump or possibly sirloin steak, cut into strips (12 ounce)
  • 1 x Courgette, cut into sticks
  • 1 x Red pepper, sliced
  • 100 gm Beansprouts, (4 ounce)
  • 100 gm Egg noodles, (4 ounce)
  • 2 tsp Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 150 ml Beef stock, (1/4 pint)

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil and fry the steak for 2-3 min. Stir in the vegetables and cook for a further 3-4 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain.
  3. Blend the cornflour with the Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, soy sauce, honey and stock. Add in to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
  4. Stir in the noodles and serve.
