Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sifted whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ
  • 3/4 c. Margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. Ice water (4-5 Tbsp.)

Direcciones

  1. Combine the flour with the salt in a medium sized bowl, then add in the wheat germ. With a pastry blender, cut in the margarine. Sprinkle the ice water over the pastry and mix it with a fork. The pastry should be just moist sufficient to hold together.
  2. This dough handles like any other using white flour, but it's far more nutritious.
