Ingredientes

  • 8 x Bananas, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1/2 c. Grand Marnier, warmed in mircowave
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 8 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 c. Whipped cream, light
  • 1 dsh Vanilla extract, add in to whipped cream
  • 1 dsh Grand Marnier, add in to whipped cream

Direcciones

  1. Add in vanilla extrat and a dash of Grand Marnier to cream and whip till very thick. Put aside.
  2. Heat remaining Grand Marnier in a small ceramic lowfat milk jug. Don't boil.
  3. Heat butter in deep frying pan, add in sugar and caramelise.
  4. Add in bananas and brown. 5.Arrange bannana onto service bowls, with cream on side. 6. When serving, set jug of Grand Manier on fire and pour over bannanas.
  5. Serving Ideas : Turn down lights for an impressive and romantic desert.
