Receta Flaming Caramel Bannanas

Ingredientes
- 8 x Bananas, cut 1 inch thick
- 1/2 c. Grand Marnier, warmed in mircowave
- 100 gm Butter
- 8 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, to taste
- 1 c. Whipped cream, light
- 1 dsh Vanilla extract, add in to whipped cream
- 1 dsh Grand Marnier, add in to whipped cream
Direcciones
- 1. Add in vanilla extrat and a dash of Grand Marnier to cream and whip till very thick. Put aside.
- 2. Heat remaining Grand Marnier in a small ceramic lowfat milk jug. Don't boil.
- 3. Heat butter in deep frying pan, add in sugar and caramelise.
- 4. Add in bananas and brown. 5.Arrange bannana onto service bowls, with cream on side. 6. When serving, set jug of Grand Manier on fire and pour over bannanas.
- Serving Ideas : Turn down lights for an impressive and romantic desert.
