,%20I%20decided%20to%20share%20my%20newest%20creation%20from%20last%20night%E2%80%99s%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20my%20cake%20decorating%20class%20on%20Thursday%20nights,%20so%20I%20usually%20try%20to%20find%20a%20relatively%20simple%20and%20quick%20dinner%20so%20that%20Will%20and%20I%20can%20eat%20together%20before%20I%20head%20off%20to%20class.%20Thankfully,%20my%20wonderful%20husband%20is%20as%20much%20a%20fan%20of%20a%20delicious%20sandwich%20as%20he%20is%20a%20delicious%20plate%20of%20pasta.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20raided%20our%20fridge%20for%20ingredients%E2%80%93I%20used%20Cracked%20Wheat%20Sourdough%20Bread,%20a%20jar%20of%20pesto,%20several%20slices%20of%20prosciutto,%20and%20fontina%20cheese%20(this%20tastes%20somewhat%20like%20mozzarella).%20I%20figured%20that%20these%20would%20create%20a%20lovely%20combination.%20The%20pesto%20was%20perfect%20with%20the%20prosciutto%20and%20melted%20fontina.%20If%20you%20try%20this,%20be%20sure%20not%20to%20overload%20on%20the%20pesto.%20You%20want%20the%20pesto%20to%20compliment%20not%20overwhelm%20the%20flavor%20from%20the%20prosciutto%20and%20fontina.%20You%20could%20probably%20add%20arugula%20and%20tomatoes%20for%20a%20healthier%20version,%20but%20I%20opted%20not%20for%20the%20sake%20of%20time%20(I%20know,%20it%20doesn%E2%80%99t%20take%20that%20much%20extra%20time%20to%20wash%20and%20cut%20tomatoes%20and%20arugula).%20I%20hope%20you%20enjoy%20this!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EProsciutto,%20Pesto,%20&%20Fontina%20Panini%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServings:%202%20sandwiches%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETime:%205%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpread%20pesto%20over%20one%20side%20of%20sliced%20bread%20(one%20per%20sandwich).%20Add%204%20slices%20of%20prosciutto%20to%20each%20sandwich.%20Add%20the%20sliced%20fontina%20cheese.%20Place%20slices%20of%20bread%20together,%20and%20place%20closed%20sandwich%20on%20a%20panini%20grill%20for%20approximately%202%20minutes,%20or%20until%20cheese%20begins%20to%20melt.%20Cut%20sandwich%20in%20half.%20Serve%20and%20enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
