- PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT FOR 2 MINUTES, POUR INTO A GREASED 9X5- INCH LOAF PAN AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 55 TO 65 MINUTES OR UNTIL BREAD TESTS DONE, REMOVE FROM PAN IMMEDIATELY AND COOL COMPLETELY ON A WIRE RACK WHEN COOL DRIZZLE WITH GLAZE . STORE TIGHTLY WRAPPED IN THE REFRIGERATOR. MAKES I LOAF, SERVES 16 PEOPLE
