Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp grnd oregano
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 c. Cure 81 ham cut thin strips
  • 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic in warm butter till tender. Stir in flour and lowfat milk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat, 4 to 5 min or possibly till thickened and bubbly.
  2. Gradually stir abut half of the warm mushroom mix into beaten Large eggs; return all to saucepan. Stir in black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Cook and stir 2 additional min. Stir in ham and spinach. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 30 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
