Receta Florentine Ham Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp grnd oregano
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c. Cure 81 ham cut thin strips
- 1 pkt frzn minced spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic in warm butter till tender. Stir in flour and lowfat milk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat, 4 to 5 min or possibly till thickened and bubbly.
- Gradually stir abut half of the warm mushroom mix into beaten Large eggs; return all to saucepan. Stir in black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Cook and stir 2 additional min. Stir in ham and spinach. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
